Tom Maraday
Senior Vice President, Business Development

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Tom oversees the development of Plus One new business and marketing strategy. Tom started his career at Plus One in 1990 as an Exercise Specialist and has worked his way up the ranks in a number of capacities including the Director of Fitness Education and General Manager at Plus One SoHo. In 1998 he was named the VP of Operations and in 2000 was appointed to VP of Design and Development. As VP of Design and Development, Maraday was the project leader for Plus One on such projects as the Plaza Spa at the Plaza Hotel, the Spa at Trump World Tower, Morgan Stanley Corporate Fitness Centers, Bear Stearns Fitness Center, Lehman Brothers Executive Fitness Center, and all five of the Merrill Lynch Fitness Centers powered by Plus One. He holds a bachelors degree in exercise physiology from Southern Connecticut State University.
