Lemont Platt
Vice President of Operations and Information Technology

As the Vice President of Operations and Technology, Lemont oversees Plus One's extensive technology department and facility operations. His role includes the executive management of Plus One's Global Access Platform (GAP), development of all Plus One business applications, technology solutions and executive management of Plus One facility operations. Lemont holds a M.S. in exercise physiology from Queens College and B.S. from Stony Brook with a concentration in Athletic Training. He served as an adjunct professor for the NYU School of Continuing Education in the Personal Trainer certification program. While at Plus One, Lemont has moved up the ranks, starting as an exercise specialist, moving on to fitness center management, director of training and ultimately obtaining his current position. During his tenure at Plus One, Lemont has been instrumental in the development of our e-commerce for online personal training and membership enrollment. He has also served as a conference speaker, reviewer and examiner for NATA/IHRSA/ ACE/NSCA/ACSM events and certification programs. Lemont is certified by ACE, ACSM, and NSCA.
