Jennifer Yellin
Director of Hospitality

As the Director of Front Desk Services, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing all of the front desk staff and increasing the quality of front desk operations across the company. Jennifer joined Plus One in the Spring of 2003. She worked her way up the ranks to Assistant Manager at the Plus One Spa in the Waldorf=Astoria Hotel. Her extensive work experience has been in advertising and marketing for the publishing industry in magazines such as W Magazine, P.O.V., and Maximum Golf. Prior to Plus One Jennifer worked in customer service and as a certified yoga instructor for Haelth, a center for complementary medical care. Jennifer holds a BA in Theater from the George Washington University in Washington DC. She obtained her yoga certification from Yoga Zone in New York City and has a lifelong passion for dance, including Modern, Afro-Carribean and most recently Salsa.
