Chris Ciatto

As the COO, Chris is responsible for the executive leadership and field operations along with growth strategies and implementation. Over the past 15 years, Chris has leveraged his strategy, operations and leadership experiences to help a variety of service organizations achieve significant growth through both organic and acquisition-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Plus One, Chris was credited with both the creation and then the leadership of a newly assembled business unit for ARAMARK Corporation. Chris served as the President of ARAMARK’s Clinical Technology Services business which represented $320 million in annual revenues and was a leader in its marketplace. Prior to his career at ARAMARK, Chris was a member of the partnership at the renowned strategy consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, where he focused on helping some of the country’s leading consumer and technology companies to grow their businesses. Chris earned a dual bachelors degree in Political Science and Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
