Plus One Health Management Named One of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America

NEW YORK, September, 2007 – Plus One Health Management has announced that they were selected as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the country by Inc. magazine. The Inc. 5,000 includes the Inc. 500, but digs deeper to offer the most comprehensive look ever at the entrepreneurial engine driving the U.S. economy.

Plus One Health Management, whose clients include seven of the top ten Fortune 500 investment banks, is the industry leader in the design, development and management of corporate fitness centers and luxury spas.  It has enjoyed significant expansion since 2003 with a 39% growth rate.  The growth can be attributed to a combination of factors, including:

  • New sales growth within new industries and geographic areas.

  • Expansion of additional services; wellness programs, physical therapy clinics and at risk employee programs at existing customer sites based on the needs of the changing work environment.

To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based and privately held, independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies  To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2003, and able to show four full calendar years of sales.
