The Peachtree Center Athletic Club offers a comprehensive range of fitness options and services, as well as a variety of training options to suit your goals and preferences.

Getting Started
All new members are scheduled to meet with our Fitness Director for a comprehensive fitness assessment ($100 value) to help determine your current fitness level. This process will test your blood pressure, strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity, and body fat percentage. This will allow our Fitness Director to determine which of our certified personal trainers would be best suited to guide you towards your established goals.

Personal Training
Whether you need to lose weight, are recovering from an injury, or just want to improve your general health, our highly trained and certified Personal Trainers will design and customize a fitness program especially for you.

Fitness Plus
Sports specific personal training programs utilizing the latest scientific research are always available for those with a more discerning approach to fitness. These group and individual programs will sharpen your skills and enhance your performance. Our staff has vast experience in all sports ranging from golf and tennis to speed training and competitive fitness. 

Semi-Private Training
Anything you can do in a Personal Training program you can do with one or two others. Train with a friend or two and help motivate one another to stick to your workout plan, as well as take advantage of the unique training opportunities working with each other can provide.

Group Training
From Advanced Spinning workshops to Women’s Self Defense; from Boxing to Belly Dancing; from Race Running Techniques to Advanced Yoga; our dedicated staff of fitness professionals offers special workshops in an intimate group training format.

Strength Training for Women
This cutting edge Team Training program focuses on the distinct needs of women.  The group format allows friends, family, or co-workers to support and motivate each other along their training path.

Strength Training for Men
This Team Training program provides the latest strength training strategies based on advanced scientific research. Your group can create unique and specific goals, from training for a marathon to improving your golf game, and help keep each other focused and inspired.

FunXion
The human body is hardwired in crossing or X patterns.  FunXion is a group training program utilizing this biomechanical principle in innovative and stimulating ways improving your ability to literally “function” at a higher level, all while achieving the best shape of your life!

Weekend Warrior
A performance based group training program designed to improve your speed, agility, balance and power.  Chisel your body, shed body fat, and impress you friends in a little “friendly” competition.
